Dear friends,
As of Sept 1, 2025, and after some 8 years, 15 tours and over 750 happy passengers we are no longer organizing bus tours.
Why? The short answer is seats getting harder and harder to fill.
We are sure it is largely because of the rising cost of living, political and civil instability. We are finding it a rising challenge to keep the costs down and a world in turmoil only adds to our challenges and worry.
I say this with sadness for those who have not yet been able to or were hoping to again travel with us on our life changing spiritual journey. But also with much joy and appreciation for countless blessings I have experienced and observed.
Some 8 years ago a dear brother and friend asked me (I was bus driving at the time) if it would be possible to organize a tour to visit the Bethels in Canada and the United States. I had some travel education and experience driving bus for other tour companies so I started working on an itinerary and a budget. After many, many, many hours of planning and many, many prayers our first tour filled well over capacity. And then another that same summer.
From the moment we departed and the brothers and sisters began clapping and smiling (despite the 36 hours of overnight bus travel ahead of them, and back) I knew Jehovah was going to provide them with so much joy and so many blessings along the way. He did not disappoint!
Through word of mouth, we were able to fill the bus for SIX tours the next year. Admittedly, my wife did not understand how and why people were giving away their hard earned cash to cram together on a bus, overnight across the country and back. Not long after she was able to join her first tour did she finally say "I get it." As have many skeptical friends and family members who were perhaps initially dragged along reluctantly.
I have had the privilege of driving and traveling with so many brothers and sisters and visiting Bethel over 10 times and with my family many times as well. We have been blessed to meet and enjoy the company of so many eager brothers and sisters and make lifelong friendships that continue to this day. We are in awe every time an application to join us is made, and even more when they choose to travel with us again. Some even a third time with hope for more.
My time with the other drivers has been a blessing in itself. Seeing them trying to figure out why we are so different and loving and happy gave me so much pride in knowing Jehovah and being a part of his organization. Teaching them why and watching them learn firsthand by traveling with us on the bus and joining us on the Bethel and Museum tours has given them memories that cannot be taken away. Hearing them use God's name (and getting angry learning of Satan and the worlds attempts to suppress it) studying with them and seeing them at our Kingdom Hall brought me the greatest joy, even if it was short lived.
We have had the privilege of hearing so many wonderful experiences from our friends that happened before the tour, during the tour and after. So many that through Jehovah's spirit, there experience moved them to progress spiritually either by baptism, pioneering, appointment in there congregation and reaching out in many wonderful ways.
I assure you though, that my organizing and tours are not the reason for your progress. Jehovah saw your desire and ability and he found a way to motivate you to action. He will continue to do so however he pleases. In whatever ways you desire to "Taste and see that Jehovah is Good", may Jehovah bless you for your efforts to do so.

Some time ago, a dear brother and myself came up with the idea of organizing ONE bus tour to the Canadian and U.S. Bethels...why stop there?

Tours include return transportation from Regina, Saskatchewan (or fly in to Chicago or Toronto) and accommodation; All you need is money for meals. Most hotels will have breakfast included and we will stop at budget friendly restaurants.
